Yan RockSalt Restaurant, is a new luxury restaurant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, established in May 2023, owned and operated by company Morgan Ford Group (Cambodia), as the highest restaurant in Cambodia as of 2023-2024, at 230m height at the 46th floor, with 270 degrees view of Phnom Penh city and the three rivers, at Morgan Tower building in Koh Pick (Diamond Island).

Yan RockSalt Restaurant culinary is managed by Philippines MasterChef Mike, who worked for big brand chains in and out of Cambodia.

Yan RockSalt’s iconic dish of the Japanese Teppanyaki is why most customers keep visiting. Mike and his crew create a world-fusion cuisine from the finest fresh ingredients in the world, from top of the globe of the Nordic region, the heart of the European continent, to the US, Australia and other far eastern Asian countries!
